Contact sales [@] mdansby [dot] com, if you have any questions about backuping your critical data.

Our pricing is easy to understand and user friendly. You can have as much space as you need, and pay only for what you use.

For just pennies a day, you are protecting your priceless data. And remember ... your backup is ONLINE and accessible every minute of every day. You also have the security of double redundancy - your information is backed up and stored on servers at two separate locations. Your data will always be there when you need it.

We offer two pricing plans:

* Personal Plan is our introductory plan for those who have modest storage requirements
* Business Plan is for those with larger volume requirements

Under both plans, you pay a monthly subscription fee that includes a fixed amont of storage. Need more? No problem. Just use it. No phone calls to buy more space, no payment in advance. If you exceed the space we offer with each plan, your average space used for the month determines your monthly storage cost. And keep in mind that your files are efficiently compressed before being transmitted. The storage you use and pay for will often be HALF or less of the uncompressed file size.

We are happy to accommodate users with unique backup needs (i.e. short-term usage, long-term archiving of information, >50 GB storage levels, etc) - please let us know your situation and we will contact you to discuss the options available.

Important Notes:

  • Our software is FREE - upgrades occur automatically with no interruption.
  • Our support is FREE, accessible, and friendly.
  • You are charged ONLY for storage space used. There is no charge for transferring files in either direction.
  • Your storage use is calculated daily. The average for the month determines your monthly storage charge. If you are unsure how much storage space you will be using, learn how to calculate your storage.
  • The free storage amounts that we show represent the total size of all of your files after compression. For most files, we will achieve a 50% compression rate (ie. 50 MB of compressed storage equals 100 MB of uncompressed information that you can back up)
  • Pay for a whole year in advance on either the Personal or Business plan and receive 1 MONTH FREE. The only monthly charge will be for storage costs incurred above the free amount we offer with your chosen plan (ie. Personal or Business).
  • The first month's subscription fee is non-refundable (for reasons we would be glad to personally discuss with you) - we are committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with our service - as such, if you are not happy for whatever reason, please talk to us.
  • Multiple computers can be protected for a slight additional fee. There is no need to set up an additional account. All computers under the same account share storage space and are billed on a single invoice each month.
  • International orders are processed in U.S. funds.
  • Should your needs change, you can switch plans at any time by simply contacting us.
