- 24/7/365 email Technical Support is included with the Single User, Server and Web Server Edition.
- Data Transfer (System Migration) is $150/hr, two hour minimum. (Data must be in acceptable format)
- Remote Access Software (Supplied by Mdansby.com - www.support.mdansby.com)
Remote Access Software allows Mdansby technical staff, with your permission, access to your screen, to view and fix the problem on the spot. Customer service doesn't get any better. It's like having Mdansby support staff in your office!
- Training is available for Single User Edition, Server Edition and Web Server Edition Users.
