If you experience a problem with installation or use of our software or if you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us by support portal, email or telephone.

The majority of technical queries can be satisfied immediately.

Nevertheless please read the refund policy for Mdansby.com software products.

Mdansby.com will refund of your card payment in the following cases:
• If you repeatably encounter an error which is preventing you from using our products properly, and if we are not able to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution.

No refund is available after 30 days. Each client has the right for one moneyback only. No repeated moneybacks are available. No moneyback for related offers: additional licenses, multi-license packages, upgrade modules, updates and other purchases on rebate. No refunds on special offers or discounted software products.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:
• If a user demands a refund after registration of downloaded software, since he has had the opportunity to satisfy himself that the product in its unregistered state meets his needs. 
• If unsuitability of the product for the customer's purpose is clear from the contents of our web site (for example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our software).

For Customized software, Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized product, may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

CUSTOM-CONFIGURED PRODUCT
We are pleased to offer product that is custom-configured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
We will send you a confirmation of your order via email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you will receive a confirmation of your order via UPS when your order is shipped.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card
You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, Mdansby.com obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

Mdansby.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

PLEASE NOTE:
- We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States.
- Debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

Credit Card Security Codes
Mdansby.com requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

Multiple Payment Tenders
You may use multiple payment tenders on anything sold by Mdansby.com. Split payment orders can be made no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). You can pay with two credit cards by indicating the amount to place on your primary card. The remaining balance will be allocated automatically to the second card.

Cashier's Check or Money Order
Mdansby.com accepts cashier's checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. Personal or business checks are not accepted. If you wish to pay by cashier's check or money order, you may order by phone at 1-866-MDANSBY (632-6729). The cashier's check or money order must be payable to Mdansby.com, and include your web order number and/or a copy of your order. Please mail your payment to:
