Documents can use data from Client records: You can write reports and letters that automatically extract information from your data and merge it with text. You can also use Client Forms as a separate word processing application by using it in an external window. Your work within this window can be independent of your data or use data extracted from records in your Recovery Report software. Web Statements, allow you to send the Client an email link, enabling them to actually see their information online. The software posts HTML documents on your designated server. The Client can click on the link anytime and see their information. Clients are able to see when payments are posted, without calling. And Clients can view their most recent account acivity and information immediately. For example, if a Client makes a payment, their payment is applied to the information online. Client can also see information gathered and recorded. Once you make a change to their billing and accounts, the information is updated to their online information page. Can be used with the Single User Edition and Server Edition Software.

Image Types
The Recovery Report can handle the following image types:
pic, pct, jpeg, gif, tiff, bit, png, bmp, psd, tga, pntg, tpic and bps.

Audio / Video Module
With our Audio / Video Module, the Recovery Report is enhanced to capture/record and take snap shots from any USB camera and / or internal mic.

Mobile Module (Palm / PockePC) - Mobile Computing
The Palm / PocketPC Module allows you to carry your data with you. Sync Cases and AddressBook information with Microsoft's Outlook and Apple's Address Book. The Schedule mobule which includes Court dates, Special Events and Messages, the software syncs with Microsoft's Outlook and Apple's iCal. The data can be sync both ways, to and from the mobile device to your desktop computer. With the Web Server, you can access the application live via a web browser with you mobile device. The perfect companion for the road warrior. The Palm/PocketPC Module works with Microsoft Outlook 2003 or greater and Apple's iCal for OSX.

Bar Code Scanners
You can use bar code scanners to record and track case files, bar code identities of individuals, and bar code case files items for check-out and check-in. The capability to print and read these bar codes is included with the Recovery Report. Bar code scanners used with the Recovery Report include wand (pencil-like) and 3 inch wide ‘line-at-a-time’ scanners. Remote scanning is supported. Bar code scanners are available from Mdansby. A Check Reader may be used to scan checks during contribution data entry. This inserts the contributor name and check number in the data entry form.

Our Recovery Report also comes with a complete help site, to answer any questions that you might have.  It even walks you through a sample report, so you can see some of the features of the program.  If you cannot find the answer to your question in the help site, you can e-mail us at sales@mdansby.com. Most of our clients choice to work with us via Netopia Timbuktu Pro. Timbuktu Pro allows Mdansby technical staff, with your permission, access to your screen, to view and fix the problem on the spot.
