All the statements, invoices, forms, notices, letters and agreements are editable by you.
You can change the content, font, size, color and arrangement of the information on the forms.

You can also add as many forms as you wish. All forms can be printed, emailed and saved as Microsoft Word documents. All forms can operate like a mail merge, so fields in the application can appear on the forms. You only need to create your form once and you can use the form with all of your Tenants.

Audio / Video Module
With our Audio / Video Module, the Hotel Report is enhanced to capture/record and take snap shots from any USB camera and / or internal mic.

Palm / PockePC Module (Mobile Computing)
The Palm / PocketPC Module allows you to carry your data with you. Sync Guest and AddressBook information with Microsoft's Outlook and Apple's Address Book. The Schedule mobule which includes Court dates, Work Orders and Messages, the software syncs with Microsoft's Outlook and Apple's iCal. The data can be sync both ways, to and from the mobile device to your desktop computer. With the Hotel Report Web Server, you can access the application live via a web browser with you mobile device. The perfect companion for the road warrior. The Palm/PocketPC Module works with Microsoft Outlook 2003 or greater and Apple's iCal for OSX.

Server Edition
The Hotel Report is a powerful multi-user software application that combines all of your company's important functionality into one simple system, saving you time and money.
