To take advantage of this discount is simple.
You need to send proof of status/age, preferable scanned and emailed to sales@mdansby.com.
This can be in a form of an ID card.
Any drivers licenses, state ID or national ID card is acceptable.
Fill in the Fax/Mail order form and fax it to 646-219-2818, along with your ID card.
The order form and ID card should be on the same faxed form
