For example, this Automated Task Scheduler will ensure that when a patient is admitted with incomplete insurance information, the insurance verification group is notified. Another good example is the ability to automatically add recurring fees, such as routine care charges, to each open admission in a specified type of care and program.  With the Automated Task Scheduler your administrative time and costs are reduced and errors less likely to occur.

HL7, Printed, Faxed, E-Mail, and Web Reports - Our Geriatric Report can Send HL7, Print, FAX, E-Mail, or Publish your studies directly to an Intranet web server.  If you have a FAX/Modem installed on your computer, you can simply press the FAX button, choose the number that you want to FAX, then press send.  If you want to send an E-Mail, just fill in the To: field, and press send.  If you want to publish studies to the web, select the path to publish to, and click OK.  It's that easy!  There is also the ability to do all of your publishing in a batch. This is used when you want to do all of your studies for the day, and then print them out at the end of the day.

Custom Statements & Reports that you design 
Billing your patients has never been easier. Use any of a number of statement formats or design your own with your favorite Windows or Macintosh fonts, styles -- and your own practice logo. Patient statements can include a variety of information of your choosing including: aging of accounts, special messages, estimated insurance and patient responsibility of charges, upcoming appointments and reminders, patient instructions for specific procedures and many other options.

Appointments & Tasks
Use Geriatric Report to record and manage all of your appointments and tasks. Set up repeat appointments and special days. You can add alarms and notes. View appointments by day, week, and month. You can even view appointments for multiple doctors on one screen.

Management Reports
Geriatric Report comes with a complete set of accounting and management reports. Report Storage / Retrieval - Each record can be saved to a database, according to a patients name or an ID number.  This ID number can be anything from a Social Security Number to any other numbering system that you would like to use.

Network Support -  Our Geriatric Report is designed to run on a network.  This allows multiple users in a single hospital to share information, making the exchange of information almost instantaneously, allowing for quicker processing of patient information and reducing overall paperwork.

The Palm / PocketPC Module allows you to carry your data with you. Sync Patients and AddressBook information with Microsoft's Outlook and Apple's Address Book. The Schedule module which includes Session dates, Special Events and Messages, syncs with Microsoft's Outlook and Apple's iCal. The data can sync both ways, to and from the mobile device to your desktop computer. With the Web Server, you can access the application live via a web browser with you mobile device. The perfect companion for the road warrior. The Palm/PocketPC Module works with Microsoft Outlook 2003 or greater and Apple's iCal for OSX.
