Documents can use data from Members records: You can write reports and letters that automatically extract information from your data and merge it with text. You can also use Member Forms as a separate word processing application by using it in an external window. Your work within this window can be independent of your data or use data extracted from records in your Religious Suite software.

Forms can be emailed to member, family members or organization staff. Forms can also be printed or saved as Microsoft Word documents.
Web Statements - This sends the member an email link, allowing them to actually see their information online. The software posts HTML documents on a designated server. The Member can click on the link anytime and see their information. Members are able to see when payments are posted without calling. Members can view their most recent account activity and information immediately.
For example, if a Member makes a donation, pledge or payment, their payment is applied to the information online. Members can also see information gathered and recorded. Once changes are made to billing and accounts, the information is updated online on the information page.

You can change the content, font, size, color and arrangement of the information.

With our Audio / Video Module, the Religious Suite is enhanced to capture/record and take snap shots from any USB camera and / or internal mic.
Bar Code Scanners You can use bar code scanners to record attendance, bar code identities of individuals, and bar code library items for check-out and check-in. The capability to print and read these bar codes is included with the Religious Suite. Bar code scanners used with the Religious Suite include wand (pencil-like) and 3 inch wide line-at-a-time scanners. Remote scanning is supported. Bar code scanners are available from MDansby. A Check Reader may be used to scan checks during contribution data entry. This inserts the contributor name and check number in the data entry form.
Photo ID Badges
The Religious Suite can create/print beautiful photo ID badges quickly and inexpensively.

Our Religious Suite also comes with a complete help site to answer any questions that you might have. It even walks you through a sample report, so you can see some of the features of the program.
